Don,
I've sent you a HyperCard stack that calculates the optimal annealing
temp. of a PCR reaction according to the algorithm of Rychlik. Are you 
interested in a plain, command-line C version of the same algorithm?
(I've written it to help me learn C as I learn how to program on the 
NeXT - when I've made the NeXTStep v. I'll send it to you)
